1. Data We Collect
User Input: Text prompts (lyrics, descriptions) and audio samples you upload to generate music.
Account Info: Username, email address (via Amazon Web Service).
Usage Data: Which songs you generate, like, or play.

2. How We Use Your Data
AI Processing: Your text prompts and audio inputs are transmitted to third-party AI providers (CometAPI and Google Gemini) solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. These inputs are not used to train the AI models to identify you personally.
Community: If you post to the public feed, your username and song data become visible to other users.

3. Data Retention & Deletion
You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the "Delete Account" option in the Profile settings.
Upon deletion, your personal data is removed from our databases. Publicly shared songs may be anonymized or removed at our discretion.

4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data.
Data is shared with:
 Google Gemini: For text/lyric processing.
 CometAPI: For audio synthesis.
 Amazon Web Services: For secure cloud storage and authentication.

5. Children’s Privacy
Mellifly is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
